Postpartum support

The first few weeks after birth can be quite a challenge. We know that having good postpartum support has many benefits for the mother and family:

• More successful breastfeeding

• More confidence to care for the baby

• Lower incidence of postpartum depression

• A smoother transition to motherhood/fatherhood.

This service can be offered in person, combined with online sessions and support via WhatsApp to resolve specific questions and share useful information.

To better understand your needs, I will make a 30-minute video call, without obligation, where I will also explain my work in more detail.

Some families are more than satisfied with a couple of home visits (2-3 hours each). However, in special cases—such as families with multiple children, premature babies, single parents, or those without a close support network—more support may be necessary.

That's why I work with you to design the plan that best suits your needs.

CANCELLATION POLICY
