At MariaLacta, I strongly believe that every family deserves compassionate and individualized support during the transformative journey of the first stage of motherhood and fatherhood. With over 20 years of experience as a nurse, I base my work on a philosophy of empathy, empowerment and evidence-based care. I am dedicated to guiding families with respect for their unique needs and choices. I combine my experience as a lactation consultant and postpartum care specialist to provide holistic support that builds confidence, encourages informed decision-making and celebrates precious bonding moments. I'm here to make sure every family feels supported, empowered and confident in the early days of motherhood and fatherhood.

Me.
I’m a proud mother of three and have been married to Albert for 34 wonderful years. With more than 20 years of experience as a nurse, I’ve dedicated my career to helping families during some of their most transformative moments. In 2013, my family, our three dogs, and I moved to Washington State, where I began working as a postpartum doula and lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Over the years, I’ve found so much joy and fulfillment in supporting families from all walks of life. Now, in 2025, I’ve returned to my hometown of Barcelona, excited to continue doing the work I’ve loved for so many years—helping parents navigate the beautiful and challenging journey of early parenthood.
