A) Online consultation of approximately 1 hour, plus follow-up via video call and WhatsApp.

B) Home visit of approximately 1.5 hours, plus follow-up via video call and WhatsApp.

C) One home visit of approximately 1.5 hours, one online consultation of approximately 1 hour, plus follow-up via video call and WhatsApp.

D) An online preparatory session of approximately 1.5 hours where we will talk about the postpartum period, breastfeeding, and newborn care. We will address the main challenges of the first weeks and how to manage them. Recommended from the 35th week of pregnancy onwards.

E) Good postpartum support has many benefits for both the mother and the family and is associated with a more satisfying breastfeeding experience, greater confidence in caring for the baby, a lower incidence of postpartum depression, and a smoother transition into motherhood. This service is offered as an in-home, hourly support. We will arrange a free preliminary video call to discuss your needs.
