With years of experience as a Postpartum Nurse, IBCLC Lactation Consultant, and Postpartum Doula, I am here to support families in their first few weeks with a baby. Courses

I offer preparatory sessions before the big day, where we will talk about what you can expect in the first few weeks with the baby at home. In this course, we will cover the postpartum period, baby care and breastfeeding or bottle feeding. You'll get information and tips to get you started on the right foot. We will talk about the most common doubts and problems that families have in the first days with the baby and how to solve them.
